What You Need to Know

• Current services on the exam platform will be unavailable from September 29 through October 7, 2026.
• Both in-person and on-line exams previously scheduled for September 29 and September 30, 2026 will be cancelled and candidates will automatically receive a refund.
• The target date for exam services availability is October 7, 2026. At that time, eligible users will be able to schedule or reschedule an exam.
• Access to training modules and practice exams will be available in the new training portal starting September 29, 2026, accessible through your new website account.
