I have sent 2 emails and left 1 voicemail and cannot get a resolution to my issue. I no longer have access to the device I was using to receive codes for the two factor authentication. I have a new device and cannot access my account. I am scheduled to take my test next week and need to reschedule it as soon as possible.

I apologize about the frustration this is causing. Below are the IOS and Android instructions to set up the required two factor authenticator with Google Authenticator Application. There are instructions to both set up an account as well as transfer from previous devices.
