My agency's off-site IT service is having difficulties setting up my computer for my extam Friday, September 13 at 8:45am.
There are certain links that seem to go no where, and the practice test calculator is not responding to input. Where do I go to get my Webassessor credentials, or log into my Webassessor portal?
I would like to see about changing my testing location from my agency to the local testing location (NVU-Lyndon) because I am not confident of the hardware/software/network that I would be accessing my exam through.

Dear Curtis,
Support has reset your account, you may now use two factor authenticator to log in. Please note you will be asked and must enter in a new and unique code from your authenticator app each time you log in. Failure to do so will result in your account being locked again.
Below are two links to assist in setting up your two-factor log in. Support highly recommends downloading one of these applications on your mobile device.

After signing in to the HUDHousingCounselors.com site, users are not required to enter username and password credentials to access Webassessor. Your HUDHousingCounselors.com user account automatically logs you into Webassessor.
Exam registration, cancellations, and changes are handled through your account on HUDHousingCounselors.com.
To change your exam delivery type, sign in and select Change Your Test Date in the Countdown to your Exam section of your User Profile Dashboard. Follow the steps under Reschedule an Exam to cancel your scheduled exam (the exam purchase will be refunded to the credit card used), then follow the steps to register for a new exam.
Be sure to review the No Shows and Cancellations Policy prior to making changes.
