I am unable to log into the site. It keeps asking for a 6 digit code for two- step verification. I don't know where to obtain the code and I have to take my HECM exam today at 2PM EST. I have been trying to reset my password and I have tried to get in on my personal computer as well as my work computer for several days without success. I really wanted to reschedule the exam. I am becoming very frustrated. My phone number is 610-605-0505.
