Our records show that the HECM Exam results from that time were submitted 09/09/2024.

We have resubmitted your results for this evening's transfer. If they don't show in the HECM Exam roster in 24 hours, we will need to confirm that the information that was submitted matches what is in your FHA Connection account.

I have been checking the FHA Connection Roster and I it still shows that my certification has expired.

I was able to print a receipt from Kryterion Global Testing Solutions and it confirms that I paid for and completed my Exam on September 6, 2024.

Please advise what I can do next to help show I completed the test? I took the proctored test at home on my home computer - would that had caused a problem?

Thank you for reaching back out. The issue could be incorrect information was submitted. When the HECM exam results are transferred they are transferred with the following information, this information needs to match your FHA Connection account so that FHAC can properly match your results with your account.

  • Date of Birth
  • Last four of your SSN
  • Housing Counseling Agency
  • Agency FHA HCS ID
  • FHA Connection ID
  • Phone Number

I completed by exam on September 6 and the screen said I passed, but I have not received anything regarding that and now my certification on FHA Connection is saying it is expired. Can you help me in correcting this please? You are welcome to call me at 785-787-5437. Thank you!
