I submitted a ticket this morning about being locked out of my account. The response said that I should submit another to unlock my account and then wait for the two-factor authentication set up to be back up and running to actually reset my password and login. Thank you

Original Ticket Body: I have a test scheduled for today that I will miss because I can not access my account. I would like to receive a refund and take the test once I receive assistance to log in. I started my training about a year ago with the old website and this new one is frustrating.

A refund has been issued. The transaction can take up to 3-5 business days to reach your account.
Your account has been reset; it was locked due to two factor authentication not being enabled on your account. Right now, the ability to enable TFA is not working and is being worked on, after two logins your account will be locked again, please submit a support ticket to have your account unlocked in the meantime.
Once we have the TFA setup fixed, you will be notified to enable the TFA on your account.
