We show your account TFA is enabled. 

If your account has been paired in the authentication app there should be a code generated every 30 seconds. Please advise which application you have downloaded and paired to your account.

Hello, I am having trouble logging into my account due to the two factor authenticator. I downloaded the app, and paired my account but it is not generating the code. When I click set up two factor authentication in the app it tells me to scan a QR code and I am not sure where I am supposed to get that from. Can someone please help me so I can sign in to register for my exam today?
