I have emailed you several times regarding my issues with login. It now states "Invalid application code. Please try again." I have also called but no one has returned my call. Please have someone contact me via phone so this continued problem can be resolved before I take my test in November. Thank you.

Dear Margaret,
The website is set up on a one-time code, meaning the authenticator app, that was downloaded to your mobile device, generates a new code every 30 seconds. Please ensure that you are entering the correct code.
Please note, it will be easier to enter the CAPTCHA before entering the 6-digit code, as the code regenerates every 30 seconds. Doing this will help avoid having to reenter the 6-digit code.
If you are unsure you set up the TFA correctly, please advise and we will disable the TFA from your account as a temporary fix.
