Ticket from Kenyata Wells - Certification Exam

Hello my exam was ended prematurely. I was on question 8 I believe when this happened . I received a message asking to keep my eyes focused on the exam, however, I never looked away from my computer. I did explain each time I strolled the page I would look slightly to the right to ensure my cursor was on the stroll bar. I explained I was testing at a table, I was asked to show table testing area by removing my camera I do not have a detachable camera but I was able to pick up my laptop and to try and show testing area. I complied with all directives only to be told my testing area could not be verified. My camera works fine, my testing meet all online testing requirements. I have put a lot into preparing for this exam and would like to continue. Please allow access, so that I may relaunch my exam and complete in its entirety. Thanks Kenyata Wells Kenyata.wells@gmail.com
