Dear Tyneka,

Support is aware of this issue and is working closely with our IT team to resolve the problem. 

Please be advised that even though the modules aren't recording on your dashboard, training is not required to take the exam, however, support advises you to continue with your training to strengthen your knowledge for the exam.
