Hello: I recently completed the Knowledge Assessment (1/15/25) but haven't received email confirmation of doing so. My completion of the Knowledge Assessment is also not indicated on my account. It still reads, "You have not yet completed the Knowledge Assessment". Per the onsite testing guidelines, I believe a confirmation email of Knowledge Assessment completion is needed to take the certification exam onsite. Any assistance you can provide would be greatly appreciated. Thank you very much.

Training is not a requirement to take the exam.
You will need to take the authorization code to the testing center to show your appointment. This code is sent to you via email once you have scheduled your exam.
