Original Ticket Body: THIS WAS MY ORIGINAL EMAIL:

On October 8, 2024 I needed to reschedule the HUD exam, because it was less than 24 hour until exam time we had to pay an $85 fee. I am trying to find a receipt for that payment. It does not show up under the other exam attempts. I only see two payments for $100. Can someone please help me get a copy of this receipt? A Wells Fargo Visa ending in 5887 was used to place the order.

I WAS TOLD:

Dear Amanda,

The confirmation email you received when you registered for the Certification Exam included the amount you paid for the exam and serves as a purchase receipt.

You may also generate a receipt by logging into HUDHousingCounselors.hud.gov, visiting the Exam Status Center via the Exam Pre-launch page and clicking "Receipts" in the blue header. The receipt will not stipulate payment type.

--- I SAID IN ORIGINAL EMAIL I DO NOT HAVE A RECEIPT , I CAN NOT GENERATE SOMETHING I DO NOT HAVE ALREADY. I NEED ONE GENERATED FOR RECORDS. THE EMAIL CONFIRMATION IS NOT SUFFICIENT. THE ANSWER GIVEN IS NOT HELPING ME AND I DO NOT HAVE A WAY TO RESPOND TO THE ORIGINAL REQUEST.

PLEASE SEND ME A RECEIPT SO THIS CAN BE GIVEN TO ACCOUNTING.

You will be redirected to you Exam Status Center where you'll be able to locate your receipt under the Receipts tab.

This is my third attempt to get support. As stated in all previous communication - I CAN NOT GENERATE A RECEIPT, THERE IS NOTHING LISTED THERE. I CAN NOT GENERATE SOMETHING THAT IS NOT THERE TO BEGIN WITH. I even mentioned in my original email the 2 payments I do see. The payment I need receipt of is not listed there. Is a human reading and responding or is this system generated? I have now asked 3 separate times for help, explaining what I can not do, and am told to do what I have stated I can not. Please stop telling me to go recreate a receipt that is not there to begin with. If this is something above your level of support, please get me to someone who can help. This receipt is needed for bookkeeping. We are a non profit and ever cent has to be accounted for. Thanks. Amanda
