I am not receiving the verification codes required to login to my account, so I am unable to register for the HECM exam.
Our agency recently changed phone systems and no longer have text capability from our work phones. If the number the verifications are going to is 435-799-8116, can you please change it to 435-512-4002? I do not see any way for me to change or update without logging in, which I am unable to do since I can't access my account. Thank you.
