I have registered and paid for a HUD exam and was supposed to be scheduled for Wednesday February 12th at 2pm Pacific/Honolulu time. Now it is no longer showing on my account that I am registered for any exam nor is it showing my past attempts. I have paid for a third attempt and do not want to have to pay again for something that has already been paid for. My HUD account is also not showing me my practice exam attempts. Please advise on how to proceed.

Dear Leeza,
Support shows on your account that your exam is scheduled for February 12th at 6 pm CST. As well as we show your previous attempt on February 7th. All of this can be found under the exam status tab on your user dashboard.
To launch into your exam there is a Launch Exam button located just above the Training Status Tab on your user dashboard.
Additionally support as disabled your two-factor authenticator so you are able to login in quickly.
