You have up to five attempts to enter your account password on the User Sign In page before your account will lock. Locked accounts will unlock automatically after six hours. Are you able to login or are you logged in and unable to set up the TFA?
I am trying to log into my portal to set up and pay for the Counselor Certification exam however I am getting a notification that my account has been blocked. Please let me know how to fix this ASAP. thank you
