I have not received any updates on the issue and need to know how I should move forward. Can anyone assist w/ researching my activity on Modules 3.1 & 3.2 and manually updating the status to completed? If not, how should I proceed with the remaining modules? I'm not in favor of completing them only to have them not reflect such. Please advise. TY
Support is still working on this issue and hopefully will be resolved at the end of the week or early next week. You can continue to work on other modules and complete them as we are able to see the total amount of modules you have completed. Support will reach out once updated to compare and make sure they reflect correctly for you.
3.1 and 3.2 have been added to your dashboard however it still has Started and not Completed. We are still working on this to pull over as completed for you. Please make sure to complete the last 30 seconds of the video at the end of each module to ensure the module is complete.
