If the transaction did not go through this typically happens when your card requires you to verify the payment by entering a code that is sent to you via text. If your card was charged, we will need the last 4 digits of your card that was used so we can confirm the payment on our end.

thank you, the last 4 digits are 3870.
what date is my test? I know I signed up for March and May. I would like to have a test date in May.

We will check the status of payment and if in fact the purchase was valid. Please be advised our records indicate that you are currently not registered for an exam in March or May. We will reach back out to notify you if the charge was in fact processed.
