Hello,
I've been told by support that I have multiple accounts the only one I use and know about is login: keilani_haywood9. I don't have any knowledge about any other login. If you could kindly delete or deactivate any other account I'd be most appreciative.
Thank you

Dear Keilani,
Support has reset your account. Please note you will be required to set up two factor authentication upon log in. Failure to do so will result in your account being locked again. Your account using keilani_haywood9 has been reset. Please login and retry to access your account.
Below are two links to assist in setting up your two-factor log in. Support highly recommends downloading one of these applications on your mobile device.

Original Ticket Body: Hello,
I couldn't reply to the other messages because I am locked out of my account again. I do authorize you guys to delete any accounts and I can just create a new one, since this is an recurring issue.
Dear Keilani,
Support suggests not creating another account as your past exams and information will not appear on the new account and cause further confusion. Creating a new account will not resolve the issue. Please advise the username of both accounts in order for support to look into removing the account with no history attached.
Sincerely,
The HUDHousingCounselors.hud.gov Support Team

Original Ticket Body: Hello,
I’m reaching out again for assistance regarding ongoing issues I’ve been experiencing with exam registration. I’ve contacted Kryterion Support, but unfortunately, they were unable to assist with this matter.
Currently, I’m facing a few challenges:
My authorization code is no longer working.
When it does work, the system still shows that I am in the process of taking an exam that has already passed.
I’m unable to register for a new exam or move forward due to these issues.
Account resets have not resolved the problem, and I’m still locked out.
I would greatly appreciate it if you could respond to each issue separately, as this would help in identifying the root of the problem and finding an effective solution.
Dear Keilani,
Thank you for informing us of the issue you are experiencing. Are you having an issue logging into your HUD account to schedule an exam or are you having issues scheduling the exam on the Kryterion Webassesor website? We need the details to better further assist due to each websites having different support teams. With the email you have provided you are not currently schedule for any exam.
Sincerely,
The HUDHousingCounselors.hud.gov Support Team
Dear Keilani,
Support also sees you have several accounts this could be the issue you are running into each time you log into your account due to several reasons. Please advise if you created different usernames or emails with different account so we are better to assist with the correct account.

Original Ticket Body: Hello,
I was told the account was reseted but it's still asking for the verification code and I already deleted it.m
Dear Keilani,
Please download the one of the applications for authenticator. Clear all browsers and windows in order to set up your TFA again. You may need to delete the existing HUD account on your authenticator or add the account again by selecting the + sign. Once you've done so log into your HUD account and once you enter your password you will be able to either scan the QR code or generate a 6-digit code from your HUD account.
Sincerely,
The HUDhousingcounselors.hud.gov Support Team
