Your test date details are included in your Assessment Purchase Confirmation email. Your test date details are also located in the Countdown to Your Exam! section of your User Profile Dashboard. You must be logged in to access your user profile. To change your test date, please log in to HUDHousingCounselors.hud.gov and visit the Exam Registration page. Original Ticket Body: Technical difficulties stops me from taking exam at work. I have rescheduled and CHANGED my email to my personal email. The new test launch was sent to my work email prior to this change of email. Can you resend the test email to my personal account?

HUD needs to update my account email to my personal account so I may take the exam. I changed my email from my work address to my personal account to prevent further technical issues. I have attempted taking the exam twice and both times have experienced issues. This was why I changed the email on my HUD account to my personal email, as I will change it back after the exam tomorrow, if I am able to log on. Currently, the test email was sent to my work email which doesn't work.
