Yes, so I was just trying to login to the HUD website and it wouldn't allow me to do so. It seemed to be frozen whenever I hit login. I attempted to login on three different devices and none of them would work. I assumed the site was down after contacting the Kryterion support and them not being able to assist. No "Error" popped up at any point of me trying to login.

I would like to reschedule my test for tomorrow July 3rd at 12:30pm. If that time is not available, I am happy to reschedule for Monday, July 7th at 12:30pm.

The HUD website was having technical difficulties yesterday. However, all issues have been resolved, and you should be able to login and access your account. Support has rescheduled your test for July 3rd at 12:30pm. You will receive and updated email confirmation with the detailed information. Certification Exam-Rescheduled Appointment

Hi, Today, I had a proctored exam scheduled for 11:30 AM, but I was unable to access my account to take the exam. I contacted Kryterion for support, but they were unable to assist me. It appeared that the entire website was down or unresponsive at the time. As a result, I missed my exam. I have since regained access to the website, but unfortunately, the scheduled time has passed. I would appreciate assistance with rescheduling the exam and would also like to request either a reimbursement or the option to apply the funds from the missed exam toward a new time slot.
