Have kept taking classes and you dont show completed. We are back & forth. Took two yest that you show started that I did completed but need to move to my certification and you show started still. It's 4.1 & 4.2...You still show 5.1 started that I completed. and you don't show all the classes when pull my account...Help as need to see our full account with all 15 classes when we go into our account...HELP

Original Ticket Body: Keep trying to get this figured out..We completed many classes this yr and show none completed. Ones not completed by you but show training, I fnished them. Where do I go and finalize them and have not taken any I did not complete. Help please
