Original Ticket Body: Keep trying to get this figured out..We completed many classes this yr and show none completed. Ones not completed by you but show training, I fnished them. Where do I go and finalize them and have not taken any I did not complete. Help please

Have kept taking classes and you dont show completed. We are back & forth. Took two yest that you show started that I did completed but need to move to my certification and you show started still. It's 4.1 & 4.2...You still show 5.1 started that I completed. and you don't show all the classes when pull my account...Help as need to see our full account with all 15 classes when we go into our account...HELP vaton
