If you have already enabled your authenticator previously there is no need to reset the application. Once you login to your HUD account when prompt for the 6-digit code you will simply open the authenticator app you installed and that will generate the 6 digits needed to enter into your HUD account. Please clear all open windows and applications before trying again.
