Dear Keisha,

Support has reset your account. Please note you will be required to set up two factor authentication upon log in. Failure to do so will result in your account being locked again. If you have the application installed already you can simply log into your HUD account and click on Set up application.

Below are two links to assist in setting up your two-factor log in. Support highly recommends downloading one of these applications on your mobile device.

I am having issues logging into my account. I have the 2 way Authenticator App installed on my iPhone 15 and have no issues using it on any other sites that require use of the 2 wasy Authenticator App. I am unable to reset my password as such.
