Having trouble logging into my account, even after I changed the password i still could not log in. Now I'm getting a message saying the following "Contact support to reset your access". If I could get some assistance with this I would greatly appreciate it, I am in the process of studying for the HUD exam.

Support has reset your account. Please note you will be required to set up two factor authentication upon log in. Failure to do so will result in your account being locked again.
