Replicated issue advised to relaunch the training

Good evening, I have tried to complete the fair housing interactive training (Module 3.1) several times. It continues to freeze at slide number 19. I have used Chrome and Edge internet browsers. I am not sure why I am experiencing this issue. Your assistance is appreciated. Thank you. Sonia H. Lopez
