Yes, my name is Ophelia Arnold. I have been trying to contact Karen via e-mail. The two phone numbers. I called HUD, they gave me this number to contact someone. I have been trying to log on to my test. That was at 1:45 today. Since 1:35 I went through all of the prompts, went to launch. It's a white screen. I've tried it for over an hour and now I can't get in at all. I need someone to help me please 'cause I paid my doc my money. I don't have money to waste. I need to be able to take this test and it seems like no one's able to help me. Just carrying. There is no chat. The e-mail address they have on here it gives you saying the e-mail address is no longer in use and not actively monitored. They gave you two other phone numbers that are not working. I had to call HUD again got this number that's a live person will help me and now you guys are not helping me. If someone give me a call that'd be great. My name is Ophelia Arnold.
