Unable to Sign In – Missing Two-Factor Authentication Code
Dear HUD Support Team,
My name is Michelot Pierre, and I am currently undergoing training to become a HUD-certified housing counselor. I am experiencing an issue signing into my account due to not receiving the code required for two-factor authentication.
This issue is preventing me from accessing the training materials and continuing my certification process. I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this as soon as possible.
Please let me know if you need any additional information to verify my identity or facilitate access.
Thank you for your prompt support.
Best regards,

Dear Michelot, Please note…
Dear Michelot,
Please note you will be required to set up two factor authentication upon log in. Failure to do so will result in your account being locked. If you have already downloaded the authenticator app previously you will simply login to your HUD account and when prompted for the code, you will open the authenticator app and this will generate the code.
Below are two links to assist in setting up your two-factor log in. Support highly recommends downloading one of these applications on your mobile device.
