Final Response Notes
TFA instructions provided
I cannot access my account. I’ve tried several times to install either Google or Microsoft authenticator to no avail. I had sent a service request before, but I wasn’t very clear about what I was looking for. I need access to this for my iPad and an HP laptop windows 11 of 11 does not work with authenticators so I’m not sure what I need to input so I can work on the exam prep on both systems. I am so frustrated with Google and Microsoft. Neither one of them is Helpful. Can you please call me? It would probably be so much easier at 973-420-8030.
I also had sent you a request because I finished three pages of the assessment. I thought I could save it but it turns out you can’t so then I had to go back and start all over and I’ve done it again just now trying to figure out how to get back onto the system Please please please help

Dear Sherri,
You are able to download either app from your HP or IPAD and are compatible with your devices. Simply download the app to your IPAD or HP computer then login into your HUD account and click on Set Up application to scan the QR code in order to set this up.
Please note you will be required to set up two factor authentication upon log in. Failure to do so will result in your account being locked again.
Below are two links to assist in setting up your two-factor log in. Support highly recommends downloading one of these applications on your mobile device.
