Dear Michael,

Support will reset your account. Once you have downloaded the authenticator app login to your HUD account and click the Set up application and this will generate a QR code that you will scan to link your account. Once completed do not delete your authenticator app. In the future if asked to provide the 6-digit code on your HUD account you will simply open your authenticator app and this will provide you with the code needed.

I dont know how to set up the application that generates the QR code. when I login the next page I'm to enter a six digit code ?
and all stops there ... I need assistance on the hhone that can guide me through this thanks 410-829-1283
