July 28, 2025, I registered to take the exam July 30, 2025 at 9:00am. The evening of July 30th I noticed on my banking app that I was charged twice. When I signed on to take the test on July 31st I noticed two entries that showed the same date and time to take the test. I sent a chat to Kryterion to advise them about it and inquired about getting a refund. When I reached out to them the option to reschedule/cancel was there but after communicating with them for over and hour the option disappeared. I asked them about that and they mentioned it had because it was over the 24hr period. I simply stated that I had not registered twice for the same date and time but instead I was charged twice. I did receive two email confirmations but I just thought that it was a duplicate (attached) since the same date and time were listed. I'm just simply asking for a refund for one of those registrations.
