Ticket from Susan Moore - Certification Exam

Good afternoon Ms. Smith-Martinez,

I am scheduled to take the HUD Housing Counselors Certification Examination on Friday, August 24, 2018 (authorization code:  sefafxkd).  I have been away from the office and lost sight of the actual cancellation due date – it was an oversight on my part.  And, I sincerely apologize.  But, I need to cancel my test for this Friday and reschedule for a different day.  Would it be possible for you to consider waiving the cancellation fee so that I may reschedule my new date?
