[HUD-HC:5226] Ticket from Deanna Fay - Certification Exam
Thank you for your email to my query. It seems my HUDHousingCounselors.hud.gov account was created under my previous work email address, dfay@harborlightcp.org. I am unable to log because I forget the original password, and I cannot reset because I am no longer in that email system.
I have a second account for Deanna.fay@comcast.net and need to have this set as my primary account so that I can see my accurate profile status. Currently, it shows I have not completed the testing.
