Ticket from carolyn walker - User Account

A user account had been created using my email address cawalker@philaseniorcenter.org I have forgotten the password. I received an email stating there is a new password .however. it is not showing up in my email.
I desperately need to take the practice test asap. Thank you. Carolyn
