I am at my testing site and I am having issues being allowed in because of being from Hispanic ethnicity and having two last names. Unbeknownst to me I must use both last name when scheduling an exam through Kryterion. I updated my HUD online profile to reflect my two last names and kryterion wants me to provide an email that my last name was updated on the HUD housing counseling website so that I may take my HUD exam. I have never had this issue obtaining credit, flying commercially or in my day to day life. I just need assistance with an email that states my account was updated to reflect the name update.
