Ticket from Jordan Fiore - Proctoring/Kryterion

I tried to take the online exam. I could log into HUDHousingCounselors.hud.gov but when I got to Webassessor, it would not accept my login. I contacted Kryterion and worked with them for over half an hour, resetting my password and still getting onto Hudhousingcounselors but not Webassessor. The lady at Kryterion rescheduled my exam and told me to contact you. Jordan Fiore counselor2@prohomeinc.org
