Ticket from Angie Darlene Wilkerson - Proctoring/Kryterion

Attached is an email that I send to Housing Action of Illinois regarding Kryterion.

I hope all is well. The reason I am writing is to express my feelings about the difficulties I have experienced this weekend trying to take the Housing Counseling Exam from my home using Kryterion.

It all started on Friday, 7/24/20 at 11:00 a.m. That was the first time that I was scheduled to take the exam. As of today,
I still have not been able to take the exam. It has been one thing after another with this company, it's software and support staff. I am in tears as I write this email. The test that I had scheduled to take on Saturday, 7/25/20 was supposed to begin at 7:00 p.m. eastern standard time. Being proactive, when I woke up on Saturday morning, I contacted Kryterion Support so we could troubleshoot everything with my laptop/system because I was not able to get the exam done on Friday. I was advised by Kryterion Support that everything (webcam, speed, microphone ) was all good. Now, 7:00 p.m. on Saturday arrives, I am all ready to go and the same thing happens again. Yet, I was so determined to get the exam taken, I refused to give up until around 1:45 a.m. on Sunday morning 7/26/20, only to have the support person at Kryterion reschedule the exam for me to take at 11:00 a.m., which was only a few hours later. I was so sleepy at this point.

As I mentioned before, I still have not been able to take the exam nor can I get in contact with anyone by the chat line today. I have been trying non stop. I am beyond frustrated, so much so that I want to give up on taking it. This process has been the most unpleasant experience I have ever encountered.

I beg you, when you get this email, please reach out to me. I am exalted and I don't know anything else to do. Literally, my brains has shut down.

Thank you,

Darlene
