i had technical issues again on Saturday at 1pm schedule. The proctor told me I had to log out and relaunch due to the camera from the laptop was on instead of the external camera I had plugged in. When I went to relaunch it wouldn't work. I tried using their "chat" support feature but it would not take my response when it asked for my email, so the chat service timed out, And there was no way to reach support by phone. Please help. Thanks.
