Hi, I'm trying to get my HUD housing counseling certification. I took the test today, but it was giving in Spanish for some reason. I probably made a mistake when I registered for it, or something. I told the proctor that I couldn't take it in Spanish (it's my native language) because I was going to fail it for sure, since I'm not familiar with the terminology in Spanish. But he said that they didn't have control of it. I gave it the benefit of the doubt, and I took it, but I didn't understand the material at all, I was lost. As a result, I failed it. I just wondering what happened? I was supposed to take it in English. Not Spanish. Can I get some credit for it to retake it? Please advise.
