I have been trying to reschedule my exam as i was not able to launch the exam due to tech issue with the face recognition. I did try and contact Kryterion but tech phone was offline and there chat was disconnected due to log wait period on first attempt and second attempt just said next in line but no one ever accepted the chat request. They told me to contact HUD due to the exam being in an expired state. I don't think we should have to pay again for the test since we didn't have the tech support available in a timely manner fro Kryterion
