Good morning,
I am writing this email for two reasons. In July I paid $60 and applied for an online exam that did not work, I requested to reschedule for an In-Person exam since the CAM software was not properly functioning between my CAM and the Kryterior platform.
For some reason, a new Online Exam was scheduled. I called and emailed and requested chats numerous times to resolve, but no one returned any of my communications.
I have now after several months decided to simply elect the In-Person exam and have paid an additional $100 and still cannot see or comprehend how & where I may take the in-person proctored exam. I believe I chose the Miami site located at 3721-1 NW 7th Street Miami FL 33126 - The Academy of South Florida at 1pm.
I cannot see under my assessments where the exam has been verified. Can someone please reach out to me in effort to resolve so I can take my exam and/or hopefully be reimbursed for one of the two exams that I have already paid for but unable to take
