I was unable to access the exam, so I involved Sentry tech support. They told me to take it at home. I asied if there was a proctored site. They canceled my exam and tried to set up a proctored site. Then they sent me to you. I'm really frustrated. I don't want to be charged again because this was not my fault. Let me know what you can do to help. Thank you. Stephen Plummer
