Hello HUD,
My name is Jessy Delgado De La Cruz, I work for Mission Economic Development Agency. I am registered in the HUD Housing Counselor Training program. I registered with my email Jdelgado@medasf.org. In my profile my name appears complete as a Jessy Delgado De La Cruz. Even though when my supervisor purchased my ticket for the HUD test, I received my confirmation letter from HUD, and it did not show my full name and last name. It shows only as a Jessy Delgado, that was the reason I was sent to home the last time. I was scheduled for my test on 11/21/2021, but the front desk person sent me home and told me that he needed other ID from me as a Jessy Delgado only, but all my ID's have my full name as a Jessy Delgado De La Cruz because I have two last name. Please could you help me to resolve this issue because I don't want to be sent home again on my next test appointment. Thank you
