I scheduled an exam for this past Saturday, December 4, 2021 at 2:30. When I attempted to sign in to start the exam the site would not allow me access to start it. I called the support line for assistance and was unable to speak to anyone or leave a message. I also checked the website and looked at my receipt and it stated I paid for the exam to start at 2:30 am. I thought I scheduled it for 2:30 pm. I would not have purposely schedule it for 2:30 am. Is there a way i can reschedule it for this weekend?
