When the test was initially started the only items that were on the desk were a laptop and regular computer set up along with an office phone. This is a functional counseling office space. It was during the second area inspection that I was instructed to bring my phone and camera back into the testing area when the room was inspected, I was told I could start my test. It was during this time I was asked to go get my phone and camera back into the testing area to retake the pictures of ID again as the image on the ID was still not clear to the proctor. It was during this time that my test was stopped.
I am still asking for a testing date that is within 45 days of January 14, 2022. I would like to take this test in Bloomington, Illinois (on file) or Naperville Illinois also for this test to be free because of the stress this incident inflicted on me. I am really disappointed in your discission. Especially since you were willing to restart this test on the same day at back up at the point same from where it was interrupted, on that date same day 2 hours later.
