To whom it may concern,
I scheduled an exam on 08/10/2022 for today 08/23/2022, to which I remember it saying 3pm. Now I live in Arlington, TX where we use CST and I thought the option I selected was for my time. When I got my confirmation email, it said 14:00 which I thought well maybe its an error. But when I showed up to take my test at the testing facility, they told me I was 40 minutes late and that I would have to contact customer service. I would like to reschedule this exam and not have to go about paying for the fee, as I honestly went by what I thought was 3pm my time. Could I please get some assistance with this?
