On 11/11/22 I was scheduled for the HUD Counselor Testing however when I arrived and pulled the door the office was dark so assumed the office was closed due to the holiday. When I called this morning I was told the young lady might have been at lunch or I pulled the wrong door (they have two) and they have me down as a no show, we discussed some similarities which let her know that I was in fact there, such as a large bus on the lot and the mailbox with a flag. I'm requesting a refund or code to reschedule the test I can NOT afford to pay another $100 for the exam.
