I am scheduled for my online exam NOW!! Kryterion site doesn't let me in to Launch the test.. It boots me out to re-enter my log in. I did this twice and then stated not correct password? for the sake of testing , I ask for a new password.. Then, no email for updated password. I know that my email is correct (msjagilliam@gmail.com)because, I received my approved registration for the exam with confirmation of receipt.. I should not be charged or re-charged for the complications of Kryterion Webassessor.
