Due to the very loud level of the white noise that was constantly on during my exam, I would like to request a NEW TESTING CENTER. I did tell the testing proctor, that I used the ear plugs provided, but it was still unbearable and affected my comfort and anxiety for the exam. I am requesting a REFUND to be APPLIED so that I can RETEST at the ALEXANDRIA, VA Location. I sent an email, but no one called me to resolve. Thank you!
