I sent an email to reschedule my appointment for testing but I was being charged to reschedule. I followed the prompts and chatted with Kryterion support and was told I needed to email HUD directly not to be charged. I submitted an email asking for the fee to be waived but never got a response. I just got back from my wedding and realizing I still didn't get a response for a refund or coupon to reschedule the test. I would like to reschedule my test soon and I would ask not to be charged due to technical error and being passed around to different departments and still not getting an answer.
