I took and passed this morning the HECM Test. However, this is the email I received regarding the passing score which is for the wrong exam:
Hello Joel,
You completed the assessment, HUD Housing Counselors Certification Examination, on May 14, 2024.
Result: PASS
Congratulations! You achieved a passing score on the HUD Housing Counselor Certification written examination. To become a HUD Certified Housing Counselor, a counselor must meet the following two eligibility requirements: 1) pass the HUD Housing Counselor Certification written examination and 2) work for an agency approved to participate in HUD’s Housing Counseling Program.
I had already passed the certification exam. Please make sure I get credit for passing the HECM Exam. I have multiple emails confirming my scheduled appointment for taking the HECM Test if you need to see them.
